Jocelyn Mendoza – Reyes, CQM

 More than a decade of experience in the areas of quality management, project management, software engineering, software quality assurance and software testing both as a practitioner and trainer. Practitioner of Six Sigma, SEI's CMMI and performs quality audits based on various quality standards.

She headed quality assurance and quality control departments of multinational organizations. Conducted training for professionals in the field of project management, quality management, software quality assurance and software testing.

Graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science, received a Master in Information Management degree from Asia Pacific College and earned a Certified Quality Manager certification from the American Society for Quality.
